Hi, Read your story and sorry that its frustrating to have a warranty honored. Particulary since you had the tire for three years. Wonder why they say Lfietime warranty ? Perhaps they mean Treadwear life? Silly to think they would ever consider the treadwear when making such a claim.
Have you written the actual manufacturer and gotten a clear response for how the warranty actually works? I did. But I prefer others to do their homework. In the mean time, please splurge and get a new set of tires, safety is more important then this principle fight.
