Dear Alliance Building Services,
I am writing to express my deep concern about potential bias in your hiring practices, particularly as it relates to the recruitment of temporary employees. There have been multiple reports and personal observations suggesting that your company may be preferentially hiring Hispanic individuals, regardless of qualifications or experience.
This alleged bias is especially concerning given the company's high percentage of Hispanic employees, many of whom do not speak English fluently. While cultural diversity is undoubtedly a positive aspect of any workplace, it is essential that hiring decisions be based solely on merit and qualifications, not on factors such as ethnicity.
I believe that this issue warrants a thorough investigation by your company. It is crucial to ensure that all applicants, regardless of their background, have a fair and equal opportunity to be considered for employment. I urge you to take immediate steps to address these concerns and promote a more equitable and inclusive hiring process.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Guardian Service Industries, I am writing to follow up on the recent issues I have experienced with your services. While I appreciate that you have ceased calling, I am still seeking a resolution to the problems that prompted my initial complaint. I am willing to work with you to find a mutually beneficial solution. If you would like to reach out to me again, please do. I prefer to communicate via phone or email to avoid any misunderstandings. I am open to phone call again even if it is a recorded line. They are asked to call me again. I hope that this letter will prompt you to take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

Update on Alliance Building Services. I had an email sent questioning why I not hired or picked even for the temporary job and there was no answer of course. Keep in mind the appearance and demeanor issues of some of the others coming into the interview. Some had t-shirts while some may have stare down issues, both of which will be problems at client locations. Another person I know at one of their client locations has confirmed they have been "busy hiring Venezuelans" which I can confirm is true from the photo I sent in, as attached to this review to validate my claims.

Many alliance building services reviews are negative also confirm the bias and racism in their job sites and or interviews. And they are attached for proof as well.
Unfortunately this and other reviews are true on alliance building services. If the company makes this right i will make an update. They are free to recall their previously interviewed temp porters to sign up for the company to make this right just like other companies already do instead of using interviews on a temp job to really weed out people they does not look like them.
