Did you get your trade-in back? I sort of assume that is what you are saying. As far as the letters, I'm sure they are just generated automatically because somewhere in their computer system it shows you bought a car. Just throw the letters away or return them but you won't get anything by suing them, except lawyer's fees. Really a sad excuse for a dealership.

I'm not sure about Arizona but in california they only have 10 days to rescend on a contract for a new car. Once the 10 days is up (and its 10 consecutive days. I had issues with weekends and holidays not counting for the dealers policy but the law reads clearly and I resolved it) They HAVE to accept the contract weather the can finance you or not. The actual dealer ended up financing me because I stuck it to them so hard. Know your legal rights in and out before ever financing anything.
