Courtney Grate Langdale Hyundai I'm writing on behalf of my relative, Ms. Anita Cole. My name is Irma McNeal. She took her car in for a recall on May 31st and have not received it back yet. She's had to walk to and from work (3.6 miles) in 97 degree weather. This adds to her medical condition of migraine headaches. On rainy days, she has to seek transportation. Not to mention other places she has to travel (grocery store, etc.). Ms. Cole is a Mother of four and a Grand-Mother of two. I think this is not a professional manner in which to treat a Customer. I also firmly believe this is wrong in every way it's looked at.. JD AUTO PDX LLC They priced the car like it was in good condition, and even said it was in good condition. The transfer case was clunking in the turns, the head gaskets were leaking so bad that the coolant was black. The engine was two quarts low on oil. Among other repairs. Total was $6000-$7000 in critical repairs and that’s before maybe even more repairs needed. Portland Oregon
They sold me a vehicle with the implication that it was worth the asking price. It needed major repairs. $6000 worth of repairs or more. I paid $7000 for the vehicle.

Nobilis Group and Dent Guard are two companies that partner with one another both companies knowingly charged me for two of the same contract agreements. This company charged me $1299 and $629 for absolutely nothing. They failed to act on repairs. I have pictures that show they violated my agreement. I believe this company has been doing this to consumers for years. On top of their negligence they think they did me a service after all those years. I lost $1299 from the contract which they say they charged me for. Not to mention the damages I had to have repaired out of pocket. These two companies should not be in service because as the reviews have stated on Better Business Bureau by other consumers they have failed time and agian to repair dents to vehicles. Irving TX
