My wife purchased a Dash Iced tea maker for me.  After three uses over five days, the unit stopped working.  We returned it to the store, and exchanged it for another one.  This one crapped out after two uses.  When I contacted Dash, they acknowledged that their units were defective and offered to exchange it for a new unit, which supposedly, is not defective.  Unfortunately, they were out of stock.

I waited patiently for them to return to inventory.  Nothing.  Nada.  Zip.  I called the company to find out when I can expect to receive a new unit and this time they informed me that they would no longer carry that unit.  Since I've already returned their defective crap already, I cannot get a refund from the store.  My only sin?  Being stupid enough to purchase a product from this company.

They did, to their credit, offer me a credit to purchase a different product from them, but why would I purchase a product from a company that knowingly markets defective merchandise?

Do not repeat my mistake.  This company manufactures total crap, and then lies to those stupid enough to purchase them.  They shoul;d be ashamed, but I'm guessing they're content to peddle substandard product to unsuspecting dupes like myself.  Again, do not repeat my mistake.  Do not purchase any prodcut made by these theives.
