 Long story short Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.  I used to work in Blood Banking and if we had operated like Wells Fargo 100's of people would have died daily.  Why is there not some agency like the FDA that regulated blood banking to regulate idoits like Wells Fargo. 

Again, no reason to go into detail but if you like getting 30-40 form letters from 20 different people whom you can then never reach, leaving voice mails for actual contacts you do finally reach but then never get a return call, full voice mail boxes because either the employees are not working or so over-worked they can't check their calls, sending faxes that never seem to reach the right department or person....you get the picture and the list goes on and on. 

In my opinion if you choose to deal with Wells Fargo on anything other than maybe a simple bank account (i don't have one with these idoits so that may be broken also) then you are truly an idoit as well.  I can't even describe the magnitude of incompetence I have dealt with at Wells Fargo for over two years now as my house goes through the foreclosure process. 

Short Sale you say...well in theory that may work somewhere else but not at Wells Fargo.  Once you can even get one approved after mountains of paper work, and dealing with one idoit after another, then get an offer or two on your house the morons at Wells Fargo take so long to make a decision the buyers pull out of the offer.  I lost two potential cash buyers for my house that gave us solid and substantial offers because Wells Fargo could not get back to us in less than two months with a decision!  And to add insult to injury when they finally did get back to us they approved the offer, but the buyer was long gone by then.  What kind of business operates like this!!!  The government is not even this bad. 

Oh, and don't waste your time filing complaints with the Consumer Protection Agency because they don't do anything regardless how much evidence you have, and Wells Fargo does not even care if you file complaints.  They know the government operates like they do and nothing will happen...it is a complete waste of your time.  I went all the way to the White House with complaints and the SEC...nothing! 

If the rest of the banking industry operates like Wells Fargo no wonder we have a home mortgage crisis.  In fact, I am suprised it is not worse than what we have now.  I have never seen a business that operates this poorly and lacks even some degree of competence and direction.  I can only speculate that the leadership at Wells Fargo is out taking three hour three Martini lunches and then coming back to work, closing their office door and sleeping off the liquor. 

Stock Tip:  If you have stock in Wells Fargo you need to SELL!  An organization run as poorly as this cannot continue long term to function and survive.  It is only a matter of time before these Bozo's go bankrupt. 

Bankrupt like me because I lost two good offers in Short Sale, could not get them to even work on a Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure and they would not work with me early on when I lost my job to modify my loan until I got back on my feet.   Just trying to contact them is an exercise in futility.  Their phone system drops your call on a regular basis when you have been on hold for more than one minute.  The phone system is an endless maze of circles and lost connections. 

Yes, Folks....Wells Fargo is the WORST America has to offer in banking, and companies in general!  Don't believe me?  Then at your own peril do business with them and find out yourself. 

So 'Thank You' Wells Fargo for putting me On the Brink of Chapter 7 Bankrupcy!

 Even though you state that you don't work for Wells Fargo my guess is you do work in Banking. 

Regardless you miss the entire point of the complaint...Instead of just trying to blame me for the incompetence of Wells Fargo try to use your more than a 5th grade education level and digest the essence of what I am saying. 

It must be very dark and smelly where your head is right now!  You worthless peice of human excerment.

YOU are the party who FAILED to make payments on time because it was YOUR job loss or income reduction...lets get THAT out of the way first.  Then you prance around with this entitlement attitude such as you are ENTITLED to make your payments when YOU want and of the amount YOU decide...that's the meaning of "work with you".  Oh yes, YOU are ENTITLED to the bank making a decision on YOUR terms and on YOUR time frame.  Lets go back to the first statement.  YOU are the party who failed to live up to terms of the contract YOU signed.  Don't waste your time Einstein...I don't work for them!
