I cancelled my subscription because I felt the app was not as advertised. Very misleading. Their program is gender specific, so I clicked male. Everything from there on, was directed towards a female. It says "Money back guarantee" on the website. The representative I spoke with on the phone told me I would be refunded within 24 hours. Didn't happen. Then I received an email stating my reason for a refund wasn’t valid. Terrible customer service
