Video Professor Deceptive advertising, stealing, Internet Internet
I "purchased" software to preview it, and after realizing it was $69.95, not $6.95 as advertised, I returned it. Not only did they charge me the $6.95 as I knew they would, they also charged me $69.95 after it was returned, and on top of that they sent me another one and charged me another $6.95. When I realized they were having a hey-day with my checking account I emailed them to stop, which they have. However, I am still out the $83.85. I have emailed them 5 times and have yet to hear from them. I am writing to the BBB today, I've had enough!!!
