Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is a software company based in Tyler, Texas with offices around the United States, including in Duluth, Georgia, outside of Atlanta. Tyler Tech does business as Odyssey File and Serve Georgia is the third party vendor electronic filing vendor for many counties in the state of Georgia, including Dekalb. Beginning in 2017 or so, all filings in civil cases had to be done electronically, which the filer is charged a fee for.

During my dispossessory/eviction case where I was named as a Defendant following the illegal and wrongful foreclosure of my home, one or more employees of Tyler Tech or "Odyssey File and Serve Georgia", were directly responsible for, enabled and in fact assisted, conspired and colluded with the Dekalb County Superior Court Clerk and Dekalb County Superior Court Judges Mark Anthony Scott and Courtney Johnson to alter, falsify, forge, "forward-date", "back-date" at least two (2) of my critical case filings and exhibits that I attached, which I never in my wildest dreams thought was possible.

Now they are trying to cover up the fraud on the court and crimes against public administration committed. Tyler Technologies, Inc. and at least one or more of its' employees are dishonest and unethical. I do not trust them in any manner whatsoever nor should any county in any state. In Georgia, Peach Serve is another major e-filing vendor who I have never had a problem with. My case is Georgia Alloy, LLC and FDC 94, LLC v. Sam Levine, Dekalb County Superior Court, CAFN: 2018-CV-1430
