On Tuesady April 23, 2024. A Honorably Discharged Marine Corp veteran requested to pay for the entire month of May 2024. Initially the male Hispanic veteran spoke with the new at will employee: Called : Freddy . Freddy is the name provided by Acting Manager: Jonathon. At will employee Feddy refused to help male Hispanic hatAmeican veteran . Plus refused to provide American veteran with what is called a Portfolio. The portfolio shows all days paid for. This coincides with laws that all businesses provide all customers with a receipt. The receipt must have the name of the business. The possible name of the cashier or even front desk hotel employee that conducted transaction. The reason a hotel must provide a receipt is because a hotel is a business and must pay taxes to the state.

On the night of this incident there was two new at will employees working: ( 1.) Possible new Acting Manager : Leon. He is the African American adult. ( 2.) Also working this night , April 23, 2024 was the new at will employee: Called: Freddy. Freddy is the new male Hispanic adult. The incident occured at about between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. The location of the incident was the front office area. The American male Hispanic Honorably Discharged veteran simply requested to pay for the month of May 2024. Plus wanted a Portfolio of all days paid for in the month of May 2024. So rather then at will employee, Freddy providing a Portfolio for the month of May 2024. Freddy provided a Portfolio of all days of April 2024. The very nice American veteran informed ,"Freddy he already had the list of days paid for in April 2024. He requested a list of days paid for the month of May 2024. Then it appeared there was deliberate ignorance by at will employee Freddy . He stated," I can not give you a portfolio for all days paid for in the month of May 2024, because you have not paid for May 2024". The male Hispanic American veteran stated this is why I am here to pay for the month of May 2024 then get a rceipt plus a list of all days paid for the month of May 2024. At this point the American male Hispanic veteran stated," This is how I always pay one month a head of time." Then the New Acting Hotel Manager: Mr. Leon maded a very strange comment. He said," That's why they are not working here any more".

It is the law. All companies conducting any business must provide all customers with a receipt. The male Hispanic veteran left. He then later came back down stairs to the front lobby. The New Acting Hotel Manager: Leon agreed to help the male Hispanic veteran. So the American male Hispanic veteran paid for the entire month of May 2024. With his Visa Card. Then the Marine Corp veteran asked , Acting Manager : Leon for a receipt and the portfolio for all days paid for , for the month of May 2024. Then shockingly , at will employee : Freddy told the male Hispanic American veteran." We both are refusing to service you." At will employee Feddy had a huge grin and laugh on his face. His actions were highly approved of by acting Manager: Leon. Both refused to provided: Customer Service. This is their job. This Refuse Service is some tmes a common thing some businesses use. However there is legal and ilegal refusing of customer service. ( 1.) In this case was the hotel over booked with paying customers. The answer is no. ( 2.) Was the male Hispanic American drunk ,rude and any other behavior out side of being nice and polite? The answer is No. Because if this was the case it should be filmed on the front Hotel lobby video camera. Then the two at will employees Leon and Freddy could have easily call the police. They did not call the police.

So these are the two justifiable reasons to refuse a customer service. This Honorably Discharged American veteran has been living at the Extended Stay of America in the city of Norco for almost two years with no incidents. With this being shared there is two actions against public policy . That took place on April 23, 2024. ( 1.) Vilolation of Civil Rights Act of 1964. The male Hispanic veteran is : Age :64. So this sadly is age discrimination. The American veteran is Hispanic. So this sadly is race discrimination. This American veteran has a disability . So their actions might be a violation of the Americans with Disability Act. Plus their unjustfied actions might be a violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ? ( 2.) The next action against public policy was both at will employees refused to offer the male Hispanic American veteran a receipt. After he paid for the entire month of May 2024. Plus both at will employees refused to provide a Portfolio for all days paid for in the month of May 2023. Both thought their hazing and selective enforcement was very funny and hysterical.

Their actions were abusive and unjustfied. Plus go against public policy. Note: All paying customers are entitled to get a receipt. When they make a purchase. Or even pay a hotel to stay at a hotel . This coincides with : Bureau of Consumer Protection .Overseen by the Federal Trade Commision .( FTC) . Phone : ( 954)989-6333. Plus: Title 18. Public Revenues. Division 2. Calif. Department of Tax and Fee Adminsitration - Business Taxes State Board of Equalization - Business Taxes. Plus: Regulation 1686 RECEIPTS for tax paid to RETAILERS.  Ref: Section 6202. Revenue and Taxaction Code. In general each retailer is required to collect use tax from purchases ( including lessees ) must give a RECEIPT to each purchaser ( or lessee ) for the amount of the tax collected . The RECEIPT need not be in any particular form but must show the following: ( 1.) The name and place of business of the retailer. ( 2.) The serial number of the retailer's permit to engage in business as a seller or retailer's Certificate Of Registration - use tax. ( 3.) The name and address of the purchase or lessee. ( 4.) A decription identifying the property sold to the purchaser or leased to lessee. ( 5.) The date on which the property was sold or leased. ( 6. )  The sale price of the property ,or in the case of rentals , the amount of the rental for the period covered by the invoice.. ( 7.) The amount of the tax collected from the purchaser or lessee. ( 8.) For sales transactions and rental transactions with respect to which use tax applies an invoice data required above together with evidence of payment of such invoice will constitute a receipt.

Note: Also in my humble oppinon all receipts should have the name of the cashier or front desk employee. There have been many cases in recent times past of at will employees at big stores like : Walmart and othe big stores where cashiers some how keep the private information from credit cards. Then there is sadly victims of idenity theft. So in my oppinon all hotel employees receiving cash and credit cards should have their entire first name, middle name and last name on a receipt. Note: I humbly would like to point out. The receipt is very imporatant. It shows if a buisiness is paying the correct sales tax to the city, state and government. This is what factually brought down many crime families in times past. They refused to pay taxes on all income they received. This then is illegal and fraud. Perhaps the F.B.I. can do a covert opeation on all business transactions at all the Extended Stay Hotels?

On May 9, 2024. I was sitting in the front lobby just sitting down on a lobby couch. Then out of no where the new General Manager sat down next to me. I thought he was going to provide me a copy of the write up's on the two bad at will employees. ( 1.) Leon and Freddy. Sadly this was not the case. The new General Manager Jonathon asked me about a alleged new allegation from his bad at will employee new shift leader called : Freddy. Freddy has stated that on one occasion when he invited me to get on the hotel elevator that I called him a b***h. The way I responded to this false allegation is." When Freddy invited me to get on the elevator with him, I reflected on the high pitched laugh he has. It sounded like a girl laugh. When the incident happened on April 23, 2024. A Tuesday . Betwen 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. These two at will employees laughed hysyerically at me. Shift Leader Freddy stated we are both refusing you customer service. So when I was invited on the elevator with Shift leader: Freddy I was under the impression he wanted my company. He waved his hand for me to get into the elevator with him. It appears I must have had a reflection moment of how Freddy and at will employee Leon both laughed hysterically at me. When all I wanted to do is pay for the month of May 2024. Plus get a receipt. Plus get what is called a folio. The folio is the exact list of days paid for. Then rather then receive this. I received hazing and harassment .

On April 23, 2024. May 9, 2024. General Manager Jonathon interrogated me. He stated that I went on the elevator and called the new shift leader called : Freddy a b***h. I denied this allegation. I stated I pointed out his voice sounded like a girl laugh and I did not think he would make it in Marine Corp boot camp. Freddy must have hated the truth. So perhaps he retaliated . Why ? Constructive Discharge. Calif Labor Code:2922. Plus Retaliation for making a complaint. Calif. Labor Code:6310. So this was the real reason at will employee shift leader Freddy invited me to get on the elevator with him. It was to make a case. Why? As a excuse to terminate me staying at the hotel . I have llived at this Extended Stay America for two years. With out incident. I do not drink alchohol I do not smoke and I do not through loud wild parties. So in the hotel lobby was : ( 1.) District Manager : Sal . ( 2.) General Manager : Jonathon. Then at the hotel counter was: At will employee : Shift leader: Freddy. To also prove I never called Freddy a b***h. I welcome three forms of Scientific evidence , for the weight of the evidence ( 1.) www.no.lie.m.r.i.com  ( 2.) Calif Evidence Code:801.70 Sodium Pentethol . With a blood and urine test. Filmed on video camera. ( 3.) Hypnosis. Calif. Evidence Code: Section : 795. So there is two sides to a story then the truth. If any person acuses another person of any thing it is their responsiblity to prove their allegged allegation. Note : So rather then General Manager : Jonathon providing a copy of the write up's he now wants to bring up false allegations against me. This is because General Manager Jonathon never wrote up Freddy and Leon. So General Manager Jonathn lied. There is not video cameas in the elevator. So it is a case of set up for entrapment . So Shift Manager Freddy could make a false allegation. Knowing that District Manager Sal and General Manager Jonathon would back him up. Even if he told a fabricated lie. The fact is I do not call people names. Also I have lived at this hotel two years. So then District Manager Sal pointed out I touched the hotel lobby counter. There are no signs in plain view in the hotel lobby . That read at no time will any male Hispanic American veteran ever touch the hotel lobby counter. Plus this is not a inraction. This is not a misdeameanor. This is also not a felony. This is called : The Shifting Technique. To avoid the real issue of very bad customer service. ( 1.) I pointed out it was not justfied for both at will employees to refuse me customer service. I was not drunk and so intoxicated that as a result I was rude . ( 2.) Also all the hotels rooms were not filled and occupied. So then I pointed out this was simply act of Discrimination. A violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Plus a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Plus a violation of Calif. Gov Code:12900. No discrimination. Then it appeared District Manager Sal became very angy and enraged. He stated, "I can refuse customer service to any one I want"!  I asked is this posted on the Extened Stay America web site ? I pointed out , I never saw this in writting. Then angered and very enraged at will employee, District Manager Sal stated and asked," Do you want to sue us". My response is simply I request a appology for the way I was mistreated on April 23, 2024." It was then at will employee District Manager Sal stated both new at will employees Freddy and Leon are both new at will employees and still learning. I pointed out , I did not know this. I saw no signs or indication they were both new employees and did not know what they are doing. I asked ; " Why did you have two employees working the front desk and did not know what they are doing"? At will employee District Manager Sal again became angry. His response was we are short people. This is my comment , then why put two ignorant untrained employees to do customer service? Then District Manager Sal became more angered and enraged. I pointed out the facts.

These employees all get paid by customers. So they work for good paying customers. Again District Manager Sal became more angered and enraged. He argued these employees work for the hotel the hotel pays them . Yet, the facts are with out good paying customers there would be no jobs . Because the good paying customers pay these employees. So now we all know where the ignorance and self pride is coming from. Its coming from District Manager Sal . Then the meeting ended. All parties agreed , that in the future all I want is to pay for the up coming entire month. Then get a receipt. Then get a folio. The folio is the list of days I paid for. We decided to move forward. Yet, sadly on May 8, 2024. General Manager Jonathon stated he wrote up , Freddy and Leon. I honesly do not believe General Manager Jonathon wrote up the two bad employees. Or the Hotel would have terminated both. For their very bad customer service. On April 23, 2024.  This is the latest up date. Pertaining to Extended Stay America in Norco California.

Today is May 8, 2024. Wednesday . The corporate headquarters in Charlotte North Carolina is refusing to terminate two bad and disrespecful at will employees. Note : Three complaints were filed with the Better Business Bureau . Case number #21628428. Also a report has been filed with the Extended Stay of America , Guest Relations . Mr Ryan was spoke with. Case number # 39711790. Also with Rip Off Report.com This is case number # 1532409. The incifdent took place , April 23, 2024. Between the hours of 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. The male Hispanic Ameican veteran went down stairs from his room to pay for the month of May 2024. He met new at will employee Freddy. Freddy does not wear a name tag. His actual first name is not printed on any receipts . Or document in plain view. All paying customers should know his first name, middle name and last name . Under the following : ( 1.) Right to know act. ( 2.) Public Records Act. ( 3.) Freddom of Information Act. On this day this at will employee went through the fake motions to help American veteran that has lived at hotel for two years. The at will employee Freddy down loaded a copy of all days paid for month of April 2024. The American Veteran requested to pay for the entire month of May 2024. The new at will employee, Freddy deliberately down loaded all days for month of May 2024. This is not what the customer requested. Then at will employee Freddy told good paying cusomer to see another at will employee. His job is customer service. Next , the American veteran came down stairs to seek the help of another new at will employee called : Leon. This at will employee went through out the motions to , to pretend to help the male Hispanic Ameican veteran to pay for the entire month of May 2024. So at will employee, Leon finally at last let male Hispanic American vetean pay for the entire month of May 2024. Yet, at will employee Leon refused to give American veteran a RECEIPT for paying for the month of May 2024. Then at will employee Freddy the male Hispanic adult stated we are refusing you service. Then both at will employees Leon and Freddy laughed with hysteical sarcastic laugher at the American veteran that has lived here two years at this hotel with out incident. There are only two justfied reasons to refuse a customer , customer service: ( 1.) The potential customer is drunk and because of being drunk is rude. This can pose a problem for other customers or employees. ( 2.) All the rooms are filled and being used. Note: Any other reason to refuse a paying customer service is a act of Discrimination : A violation of Civil Rights Act of 1964. Plus a violation of ; Americans With Disabilities Act . Plus a violation of California Government Code:12900. Posted in every break room in California. That protect all paying customers against any form of discrimination. Note: Its now Wednesday May 8, 2024. At will employees : Freddy and Leon are still employed by the Extended Stay of Ameican. Note : Ryan of Guest services Extended Stay of America Corporation says both employees will not terminate these at will employees. Sabastian of Guest Services hung up the phone on the victim of the hazing , and discrimination. By at will employees , Leon and Freddy. Next issue. In all that at will employees did on April 23, 2024, the Corprate Headquartes in Chalotte North Carloina is refusing to terminate at will employees: Leon and Freddy. The incident happened on Tuesday April 23, 2024. Between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. Today is Wednesday May 8, 2024. They both are still employed. This is because the corporate office in Charlotte North Carolina condones of their actions. The Corporate Office of Extended Stay have this as a Case Number # 39711790.  The Better Busness Bureau complaint number is :# 21628428. The Rip Off Report Complaint Number is # 1532409.  Enclosing : ( 1.) Calif Labor Code:2024. All at will employees in California are requied to work with Best Efforts . Calif Labor Code:2924. ( 2.) All at will employees in Calif are required to work honestly and safely. Calif. Labor Code: 6300. ( 3.) No at will employee should retaliate against any person by the use of constructive discharge . Calif. Labor Code: 2922. When any at will employee signs up to work for any company they are required to sign many implied contracts they agree to comply with if they work for any company. To comply with public policy and company policy. To not comply by the at will employee is normally called : Breach of Implied Contract . Calif Civil Codes : 3300 -3400. This is grounds for termination. Note: Johnathon the new General Manager stated both at will employees : Freddy and Leon were both written up. For the incident on April 23, 2024. Yet , no copy of these write up's were nicely provded to the victim. The American veteran . The bad at will employees names as given were : ( Freddy ) and ( Leon) . Its uknown if these are their actual names. The incident reports of their write up's should be given to the victim.

( 1.) To write up a business in California for the misconduct of two bad , disgusting at will employees is completly justifiable. All at will employees in California are requried to work with best efforts. California Labor Code: 2924. Also all at will employees are required to work honestly and safely at all times. California Labor Code:6300. All at will employees are to never show any form of discrimination. This would be a violation of California Government Code:12900. Plus a vilation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Plus the Americans with Disabilities Act. Also all ledit business in California and all other cities and states in America must provide all paying customers with a receipt. The reason is because this shows city, county , state and government accountant auditors if the exact tax is being paid to the city, state , county or government. To refuse to pay tax may result in fines and penalties. So giving all paying customers is not a option. It is the law.  So please stop being a ally of criminal activity. The Holy Bible says: Treat people like you want to be treated. Case closed. The two at will employees : ( 1.) Leon ( 2.) Freddy. Both need to be terminated for breach of implied contract. Calif. Civil Code: 3300 and 3400. They signed all the documents to provide customer service and work with best efforts. From what we can read and investigate they both did not. So stop being their accomplice. Calif. Penal Code:31.

They didn't seek you out to provide this alleged poor service. Being a Veteran HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. If their treatment of you was not good, call the appropriate brass.
