Truwwhite system llc Truewhite sells a useless product with no product liability Costa Mesa CA
Truewhite offered a trial using internet unsolicited emails of thier prodcut for $7.95.. they provided no details as to true cost. They subsequently charged my credit card $239.90 and provide no access to resolve and cancel what they deem as a "subscription" and further, thier product is falsely claimed as more effective and use Shark Tank TV show as marketing collateral to sell thier product.
Thoer customer service rep shouts you down when you attempt to complain about their failure to fully disclose they wtill bill $239.90 per months. They violate normal commercial sales procedures by duping unsuspecting customers into a no refund sales agreement that is undisclosed in initial contact offer.
