After I got behind on payments due to the car having to be repaired. They called and harassed me at home, work, and cell phone. I explained that the amount it took to fix the car was four car payments and I am doing the best to catch up, they said that was my problem. Even when I made arrangements with them and made payments they still called and harassed me. They reposed the car a week ago. I have not received a letter; a phone call; nothing.

I called Triad Financial Monday morning; they gave me a number to reinstatement. I have called that number everyday and no one ever answers. I left a message on a Monday finally someone called Wednesday and left another number and extension and the extension is not a good extension. I have called every number for Triad and they all refer me to the same number to reinstatement.

I want to know were the car is and my belongings? They are thieves! Please add me to the class action law suit!

Just wait till the end of the loan when you think that you have paid it off and they come up with the interest for those 2 mounths that you differed. And they will. that is what they did to me. they said because it is a simple interest loan that the differed payments were collecting interest the whole time even though it never showed on my bill. and after the last payment was made they claimed that I owed them $1,200 in interest charges. Then continued to charge interest on the interest till it went up to $2,400 and they repo'd the car that had been paid in full (66 payments acording to contract). So just wait and expect it.

First off it is my opinion that 95% of these "lawsuits" have nothing valid to back them up.. I am a Triad customer and I feel they have treated me with respect and professionalism. I called about a year ago to ask if I could split my payments in 2 for the month due to recently having surgery. I got a women who said we couldn't do this but gave me two other options. She said I could change my due date or defer my payments for 2 months. They asked me a couple quick questions, faxed me some forms and I was on my way. I do realize I will end up paying on my loan a tad bit longer but it was a necessary move at that time. They never called, "harassed" me nor treated me like a loser. I hear alot people talking about repossesions, can't pay my bill, ect ect. OF COURSE THERE GONNA CALL YOU! They want there money as would any bank or collector. Furthermore, they act more quickly on late payments because they are a "high risk" lender. We should be greatful that there are still lenders out there that will approve us after all we are the ones who ended up with bad credit. I don't think it's fair for the rest of us who do pay our bills on time to suffer with higher interest rates later because of frivolous lawsuits such as this one. It sounds like there is alot of people that just need to take some responsibility for not being able to pay. To the people who have had customer service reps that have been "verbally abusive" or extremely rude don't hold the company liable for there actions. Some people are just this way and don't have good customer service skills- unfortunately.
