Triad Financial Tired of being harrassed. Huntingdon Beach California
I too am sick and tired of the phone calls. I thought I was getting a car loan from a company called Roadloans and only when I went to make my first payment online did I find out it was Triad. I was really steamed because I had heard lots of horror stories about Triad and had no desire to be doing business with them, which is probably why that name did not appear until it was too late. Anyway, I get paid one time per month on the last day of the month. My payment due date is the 24th. Every month for the past several years, I have made my payment on the last day of the month. Only one time since September of 2004 have I even had to pay a $10 late charge and that was because I went on vacation and forgot to pay it before I left. Back to my point........ Even though they have absolutely no reason to do so, they call me and harrass me every month when my payment is not made by the 24th. I mean really, how stupid can anyone be? All they have to do is look at my payment records and see that it is paid the same time every month. I have requested my due date be changed and they will not do it. I guess that way they would not be able to harrass me. I am so fed up with being harrassed by these clowns, I cannot believe they are still in business. If my credit rating was not so important, I would tell them where to go and just stop paying them. That way they would have a legitimate reason to harrass me. I would definitely be interested in a class action.
