ebayersthatsuck.com is not an ebay affiliate, but a place for individuals who have been victimized by auction fraud, on ebay only. They "will only accept legal and valid transactions that took place on the ebay site." http://ebayersthatsuck.com/main/faq.php You would need to become a member. This membership is cost free. They will let you post the details, and the information gets exchanged between "Auction Partners". According to ebayersthatsuck.com "at the regular ebay site, you are only allowed 80 characters to tell your story. They provide more." You can visit their site for more detail. You have every right to sue him, if you choose. Aside from those options, I would just like to suggest for your own safety, not to publicize check numbers, nor your ebay caseID, because someone may find a way to use that information against you. Just for future reference, but I hope you will not have to be concerned about this kind of problem anymore. Case numbers and check numbers are good when you are providing information directly to law enforcement. When you're filling out a police report or even for your lawyer. Hope you can get your check.
