TRACFONE Airtime minutes were added to a 1-year subscription. Instead of adding air time and extending my service 60 days, they subtracted 60 days. Miami Florida
I have a double minute pre-paid plan that includes one year wireless service which expires on 8/20/05. With only 39 minutes left I decide to add airtime minutes. I added my 400 minute card on line, however instead of extending my service for an additional 60 days they subtracted days of service and now they say my service is up on 7/6/05.
I am getting the run around. Why oh why didn't I check Rip off Report before I purchased this TRACFONE?
