Tracfone Played dumb, lied, stall tactics, told different reasons the phone was deactivated, strung me along for over a week Internet
My phone had 246 units left and I had until 4-6-06 to use them when it became inactivated.
After many calls that lasted as long as 1 hour, mainly from being on hold for too many times to count, they said I can't get them back.
They said someone got my phone and got the serial number from it in order to transfer my units to their phone. All I needed was their phone number and they could get them back for me. There is no way someone got my phone from me without me knowing it. This was one of the reasons they gave me. Another was that their computers sometimes do strange things that they couldn't explain.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.
They are top-notch rip-off artists. After reading other reports about them, I realize I was ripped off!!
