I purchased a GE under cabinet TV for my Kitchen, it came in new box and condition, everything worked, TV,DVD,Mp3 and Radio, but the LCD readout was blank so you could not tell time or channel or anything .

I followed the instructions in the booklet and returned it to Thompson with a letter explaining the problem and proof of purchase. UPS tracked the shipment and it was received on 7/10/2007. I can't beleive I was so trusting.

After 3 months, I began to worry and tried to find a phone number, none is listed anywhere in Texas. Google maps shows the address and it does not look like a facillity that can handle the volume of what they must receive. Then I began to look on the internet and discovered that it seems anyone who has come in contact with this company has had the same problems.

Does anyone have a contact number? Is this company just a front? Are all our products just going to Mexico and being resold?

Shame on GE and RCA for using them.
