The Custom Shop Clothiers Scam and Fraud Maumee, Ohio
In March of 2009, I ordered 10 custom dress shirts and a suit. I paid half the bill as my down payment on the order. Four months later, the suit and initial shirt were completed. The slacks to the suit fit fine, but the shirt and jacket both had the same flaw.
The flaw as a fold of extra material underneath the collar that ran half the distances between both shoulders. He claimed it would be in easy adjustment for the jacket and the shirt would be remade.
I have gone thru this claim more than 7x with a wait of two or three months while the garments where remade.
After the last try, I asked for a refund and they claim they can "get it right".
I have spent over $3,700 for shirts and a suit, I have yet to receive.
Stay away from this company. They are unable to provide the services they claim.
