I called the toll free number to Starcrest daily and could never get through. My order however, arrived at my door the last day of February (after the rip-off report was given).

I currently work for Starcrest. What you should do, if you haven't already, is call 1(800)777-0327 which is Customer Service and let them know that you still haven't recieved your order. Your problem should be fixed immediately. If you're still having trouble ask to speak with a person of higher rank; like a supervisor. They will help you. Instead of complaining about it on a website... that would probably be more satisfactory to your needs.
