Amazon.ca Schlage, Saint-Laurent, QC H4S 1N8 They sent wrong item. I returned it. Now they say I returned wrong item and will charge me. I would not return it if it was right part.
They had right part on cardboard box(Badly wraped) but wrong part inside.
I returned it. They mad refund.
Month latter they say they will charge me since I returned wrong part.
I talked to diferent people with no luck.
So they say I am a lier and thief.

This company took my money & never sent a confirmation email. They never shipped anything. I even made an account with them to see if I could find the purchase in my previous orders & there was nothing there. They just took my money & did nothing.
