Complaint Review: Blue Shield of California and MedZed Health Betrayal Liars and Corruption Threatening and Bulling Me You want to DENY ME SERVICES THEN SEND A LETTER OF DENIAL AND WE CAN MEET IN COURT!!! - Culver City Los Angeles

I don't care what any idiot in the public thinks, any one person has only three ways to pay for health insurance 1) pay it yourself 2) your employer pays or 3) Medical or Medicare either way you want to talk crap then say it to those in the white house as they structured it this way. Most of the country is on Medical because America is only made up of 85% part-time jobs which people are enslaved to work. Most people don't have 40 hours because employers refuse to pay high employee taxes or benefits of any kind. Do you honestly think most people can pay rent on a part-time job that continues to cut hours? No, they CAN'T!

Regardless Blue Shield, LA Care, and other corporations choose to do business with the State of California because it's big money. They funnel housing through this insurance program and it's Blue Shield who is responsible but those COWARDS hiding in the liaison department of Blue Shield think they have the right to bully and threaten me to go elsewhere for medical services. I WILL NOT nor do I HAVE TO! It's illegal to tell me this, but Andy Badilla was stupid enough to relay the message to me from Blue Shield as they hide like cowards in a department refusing to reveal who they are and who demanded I do this. Those who work for Blue Shield are fu*** cowards in the liaison dept to say it to my face!!!

Recently I acquired housing for myself by chance after a very long and treacherous experience with corrupt St. Joseph Center, Brilliant Corners and Path of LA which all of these criminals are doing business and getting monies to house people on their real estate properties as all are SLUM LORDS! Which, have been sued many times!!! And need to be again!

I refused to do business any longer with these SLUM LORDS for many reasons they defaulted me. So when this opportunity came up for a unit in Fullerton as my name was on their waitlist since 2013 Med Zed was supposed to help me because Blue Shield insists they are the housing navigator. They are to pay all costs of move-in and Blue Shield then reimburses MedZed with a FAT cherry on top. It's an ignorant way to do business as Blue Shield has their housing department but all health agencies operate in the same way to keep other companies money flowing at my expense! Either way, they make money off of me!

The bottom line is Med Zed only acted as if they were going to help me and NEVER did. They helped with nothing as Med Zed refused to comply with the property manager's wishes, she had to turn this unit over in 5 days and only would accept payment in the form of a cashier check or money order which needed to be delivered in person!! 

Andy Badilla refused to pay and come in person he is in Los Angeles. The excuse is, "I can't drive to Fullerton". No, you chose NOT TO. Tenants are at the mercy of the property management and you fu*** know it. Whether you pay retail or not, it's their way or the highway as other people are waiting in line.  Again I am being sabotaged and betrayed by the corruption of Blue Shield and to add insult to injury these mother fu*** have the nerve to bully me and tell me WE WILL NOT PROVIDE services to me!!! Send me a letter and let's go to COURT AS***

BLUE SHIELD HAS BEEN SUED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR NEGLIGENCE AND I AM SEEKING AN ATTORNEY AS I TOO WISH TO FIGHT THEM IN COURT MED ZED AS WELL!!! NEGLIGENCE

I was also receiving automated calls to sign up in another county. Don't tell me this it's ILLEGAL!

It should NOT matter how I obtained this opportunity for a unit, or where it is  I am a resident of Los Angeles as it's a human right to have a place to live for EVERYONE! It doesn't matter it's Blue Shield and Med Zed responsibility instead the financial burden was on me and left me with nothing, now I am behind in all my expenses. Blue Shield REFUSES TO REIMBURSE ME!
