After signing the album with Songcast Music Distribution 3 month later we received the first report of the money the album made, but Songcast, also known as Songcastmusic has blocked the money access in our account.
We can not take any money out until we comply with the requested orders
Mike Wright (the owner of Songcast Music) is requesting truckload of documents to release the money.
The documents he is requesting are very personal such as:
- a photo ID
- Physical address location
Also other documents that can not be easily obtained, such as:
- Tax payer ID
- List of artists and employees
- Legal representation or contact
- etcetcetc.
Mike Wright (Acting like a dictator) is refusing to release the funds without all the burden documents provided. The total he is holding so far is over $ 3000 us Dollars
He is very stubborn and does not communicate much (few words in his emails, only orders to comply)
And he seems the biggest guy there, Please help

My name is Johnny Gagnon , artist name Johnny K Gagnon ,
I once uploaded one song only with songcast and checked back in to the website page to see they had changed my International Standard Recording Code from (CA) Canadian to (US) American , as I had just subscribed the same day to the website , I immediately advised I no longer wished to do business with them and told them to remove MY (One/1)SONG from their distribution and to terminate my subscription.
Get this , that was back in 2012 , now we are in 2018 and I'm still trying to get an entire album's worth of my songs taken down from unwanted and undesired 3rd Party distribution networks placing MY SONGS on to music website locations .... since the past 6 years.
And now lo and behold , I get an email from one of the distributors of the 3rd Parties informing me .. guess who? SONGCAST !!! had provided them my song against all my wishes and efforts not to have them distribute it.
3rd Parties can ruin an artist by unethically grabing control of their music career and at the same time not paying them a red cent for all of their work.

ISRC switching is illegal

I just uploaded my song - Magic Trip ,ISRC: CAB2D1110009 , and they switched my ISRC code to theirs... which is illegal , they put the ISRC code : USJ3V1244092 ,
These code are song copyright ownership registered codes and should never be tampered and changed.....
They said they would put mine back,but they probably already sent out MY SONG with their code into world circulation..... no wonder the FBI are investigating them!
