I caught the item before it went into a charged status, it was still pending in my bank account, but i just called the number 8882436180 that was on my credit card statement and told them it was about the shopping essentials charge. I said that i had canceled the service and that i wanted them to make sure this was refunded, and she said she would cancel it now because it had not been, and she would make sure the amount would not be charged to me, or would be refunded if it did in fact go through.
