Just so folks know, it is illegal in the U.S. for a lender to require the purchase of an extended warranty when financing an auto purchase.

Road loans excellerated a two month deferal on us because we were late on a payment and picked up the auto. They will start out calling before your loan is due just as a courtous call and if you are every late on paying the will call you three or four times even though you have all ready talked to them once that day.

Roadloans sucks as you are now finding out. They made that call because they are NOT going to fund the loan unles you purchase the extended warranty and GAP. But I am sure you know this. There is always something holding up the loan. If you can, go somewhere else and use the check Roadloans gave you to light the fireplace.
