Now they continue to rip people off by ignoring timely requests to cancel membership to their Academy of Dark Arts cursing course. They ignore the request and then cancel after they continue to bill the members. I know of at least 6 other people and myself who have been billed AFTER sending the cancelation and stop payment request. Now we have to dispute it with the credit card companies. We will win because they have been denouced as scammers with an abundance of proof and they didn't deliver everything they promised.

They also do not honor refunds at all in any of their stores. A friend of mind received an engraved pendant and it was very off center, they refused an exchange or refund.
