Carl McNeill, Tolie Miller, Dorian Banks, and Lionel Rhodes are stealing investors money and still advertising that they can provide business loans.  It will be a 19 months for my company not receiving the contracted business loan. They all lie about how they are so close and never close a deal. They will never be funded by any reliable bank because they all lack ethics and are very poor businessmen.

Eventually there will be enough evidence for all of them to go to jail. Carl has pleaded a felony to a misdeanor on 90K deal he lied about having funds to do the deal. File your charges with the local police in Cumberland County.

Creative Capital Partners Scam Loans

Carl McNeill, Dorian Burks, Lionel Rhodes, Tolie Miller, and Carl Felton are minority businessmen that have taken honest and hard working real estate investors money for business loans through C&D Corp Services and Creative Capital Partners and never had the funds available to fullfill any of the business loan agreements.  Dorian Burks, the President, of Creative Capital Partners can even articulate why the business loans can't be processed.  The Better Business Bureau has given Creative Capital Partners and C&D Corp poor ratings. Customer service from these businessmen is horrific. They will tell you false statements to keep your company believing funding is soon to and it never happens.  The phone number for C&D Corp Services and Creative Capital Partners's are not operable at this moment. C&D Corp Services and Creative Capital Partners continuely claim the money is with the paymaster and should be received by the end of the week.

The executive leaders of C&D Corp and Creative Capital Partners are still advertising through their companies that they can provide funding for investors. The number of businesses they have provided false information to about loans is outrageous.  These businessmen will not discriminate and will take money  from any business and even churches.  They took money from St. Mark Four Bridges Church in South Carolina and did not honor the loan agreement. There is enough evidence building up on all five of these men to soon be held accountable for deception and theft and charged with felonies. Carl Felton, Vice President at Creative Capital Partners, left the company November 2017 and now works for a mortgage lender in Upper Marlboro, MD.  I hope in 2019 that just one of these 5 businessmen show some courage and honor and rectify this problem by returning the money that was out right stolen and give it back to each business.

Carl McNeill has posted a profile on Connected Investors. It so is dissappointing to see you present yourself as a real estate investor that wants to have a trusting partnership when you have so many investors waiting for you to return their money or fund a business loan.  The executive leaders  of C&D Corp Services and Creative Capital Partners through their lack of business ethics and greed have created such a bad reputation that doing business with either company is to high risk. All five of you can be assured that 2019 will be the year that you will be held accountable for all the money you have taken, businesses that suffered major financial losses, undelivered promises, and continued disrepect you show by lieing to your clients.

Getting involved with C&D Corp Services and Creative Capital Partners was one of the biggest real estate investment mistakes that I have ever made. It is a tough lesson to learn that everyone in the real estate investment business does not have your company's best interest in mind.  Vettting companies is an essential step in real investment deals and I know in the future I will do a much better job in the selection process. If your company has an escrow deposit with Creative Capital Partners the best way to proctect your asset is to file with the Cumberland County Police Department in Pennsylvannia that this company has unlawfully deceived your company of its money.
