Rack Room Shoes Rack Room Shoes - VERY *** POOR SERVICE Charlotte North Carolina
Not only are the employees in the Granbury, TX store very rude, they are the same way in Weatherford TX as well. I went online and purchased a pair of Nike shoes and 6 pair of socks. I placed this order on 7/24. I paid an extra $13 for shipping to be here in 2 days, as they were for my son for basketball camp. I didn’t receive the order until 7/30 and they were placed in our driveway in the rain. I twice spoke with customer service and was told the 2nd time they would refund my shipping charges. This was told to me on the 27th and I have yet to see anything. I will never shop with them again and don’t recommend any one else does either. WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
