Projector Lamps World http://www.projectorlampsworld.com/ I was charged for an item that they could not ship me. When I proceeded to contact them the phone number wouldn't work, I got automated emails and no personal response. It took my 3 weeks to get a refund after emailing every day. This company claims to based in houston, with a NY phone number and an Israli business owner. Internet
I was charged for an item that Projector Lamps World was unable to ship. Instead of offering an explanation of the backorder status, I only received automated emails. When I would call it would go to a voicemail. I proceeded to email them every day and continuosly received automated email addresses. Finally after 3 weeks of emailing every single day and threatening to dispute the charges with my credit card I received a refund via paypal that cost me $8.00 in fees. Better than loosing $216.
Upon doing more research about this company... their website says they are in Houston. They use a NY phone number and the paypal refund came from a guy in Israel. Sounds like this company is only in the business of misrepresentation as well as selling products they have no plans to ship!
