DISCRIMINATION !!!! SLANDER !!!!!

My friend had a misdemeanor that does not concern the customers in any way. They fired her because they heard it through the grapevine by another employee. She had not been charged with anything it didn't go to trial till a week later. The following day my friend called the store manager and asked for the dismissal in writing, she refused and said technically she couldn't fire her until they ran a police check.

The store manager then told my friend she had to bring her papers from the police department so she could photo copy them. This was to cover her because she knew she illegally fired and then suspended her. Because she did things wrong she took those copys home attempting to cover it up and loaned my friend the $50 dollars to pay a lawyer to have it taken off her record when she went to court.

Durinda brought proof of it off her record and they allowed her to work for a week. The next week she was suspended again. PIZZA HUT ALLOWED AN EMPLOYEE TO WORK WITH PAY WHILE HE HAD AN AGGRIVATED BATTERY CHARGE JUST TO BE FIRED FOR CHOKING A COOK. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! STORE MGR HAS NO MORALS OR CONCERN FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SHE BREAKS STORE POLICY TO HER CONVIENANCE. sHE ALSO LOVES TO SLANDER PEOPLES NAME ALL OVER THIS TOWN EXPECIALLY IF YOU DO A BETTER JOB THAN HER AND SHE FEARS HER JOB MIGHT BE IN JEOPARDY. MY FRIEND WAS THE ONE WHO THREW OUT THE OUTDATED CRUST INSTEAD OF PASSING IT ALONG TO SAVE A BUCK OR TO RECOUP $ FROM THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ALLOWED TO GIVE OUT FREE PIZZA FOR PERSONAL SERVICES.

SHE TRIED TO GET THE EMPLOYEES TO CLEAN THAT PLACE UP - IT BARELY PASSED INSPECTION BUT HER EMPLOYEES DON'T RESPECT HER WHEN HER OWN SUPERIORS ARE PICKING ON HER FOR NO REASON. OH YEAH THE NIGHT THE EMPLOYEE GOT CHOKED WAS ON MY FRIENDS SHIFT HER SUPERIORS TOLD HER NOT TO CALL POLICE OR MAKE A REPORT WHY? I'M SURE THE VICTIM COULD HAVE GOTTEN ALOT OF PEOPLE IN TROUBLE FOR BREAKING THERE OWN POLICY AND PUTTING THE PUBLIC IN DANGER. AND IF IT GOT OUT ALL EMPLOYEES DISCRIMINATED AGAINST IN THE PAST MIGHT COME FORWARD AND TRY TO COLLECT THERE LOST WAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMMAGES THAT ARISE FROM BEING FIRED. MOST OF THEM ARE TEENAGERS AND DON'T KNOW THE BEHIND THE SCENES. THATS WHERE THEY MESSED UP. MY FRIEND HAS MANY STORIES ABOUT THIS CORPORATION. ALOT!!!

Any lawyers interested in showing PIZZA HUT that they have to abide by the law too?

OK - here is what you do - Cut all the other garbage out of the complaint (Even if true) - you all are "At Will" employees, which means the franchisee can fire you without notice for NO REASON - unless you are black or some other form of discrimination. HOWEVER - A call to Corporate (Yum Brands) advising that they are using Old and outdtated food items and using UNSANITARY preparation and storage of food - WILL get a response. Be nice and concerned - DONT SAY THE REAL REASON YOU ARE CALLING - Leave it all out-Tell them that you are an employee concerned about the food safety of your store. Believe me - They will COME OUT and nail the franchisee Good Luck
