Phoenix Pest And Termite Control ripoff, employees rifled through drawers, ate food from the frig and stole a cup full of change Phoenix and Scottsdale Arizona
During the selling of our house, Phoenix Pest and Termite Control Company was dispatched to treat our home for termites. 3 employees showed up and were let in by the agent (we were at work) whom left shortly thereafter.
The area to be treated was in the garage, they claimed they needed access to the whole house and would lock when they were done. During the time the 3 employees were "doing their job"... one or more did a job on our possessions by rifling through every drawer in the house, helped themselves to making themselves a sandwich or two from the frig, and stole a large cup of change (money).
We never leave windows unlocked nor even open them...but somehow a rear bedroom window got unlocked (perhaps to allow them back in at a later time). Except for the termite treatment, none of the criminal behavior was authorized nor expected.
Stay clear of these idiots, unless you want all your personal posessions gone through and some taken. The company claimed that we couldn't prove it... but it was blatantly obvious to us. Trying to speak to someone in authority was nearly impossible.
They charged us of 500.00 bucks to do this to us.... but knocked off 100.00 for complaining and promising not to go to the better business bureau. So I am reporting this to the "Bad business Bureau".
