Official Pest Prevention ripoff Elk Grove California
Official Pest Prevention has very poor customer service. I called to cancel service for the day due to my daughter being sick and they still sent there guy out. I tried to cancel my service alltogether and Jaime(so called manager) said I am under a one yr. contract and my service can not be cancelled. He would not let me talk to someone higher than him and told me he was the highest they get.
Please do not use this company. All they care about is money and crappy customer service. I feel sorry for their employees.
