Merimac Payscape Advisors Illegal contract, illegal collections Fort Worth Texas
This company gave us a contract. We were told it was a one year contract. When we tried to cancel after the one year, they said it was a three year contract. I asked where it stated three years. It was in an addendum THAT THEY NEVER GAVE US. The fees being charged were MUCH higher than stated in the contract, and the reports were very difficult to read (so you couldn't tell they were ripping you off). They then kept making withdrawals from our checking account, even though the contract was in dispute. The last withdrawal was over $500.00, which is illegal in Georgia.
