Worldcom Wireless: Major Problems and NO Customer Service just rip off
I have been over billed for more than ten months. Optional features of $20/mo were added to my cell phone acct without my consent. I have not received complete detailed monthly invoices for more than ten months. I cannot get through to the customer service number. When I requested detailed billing information, I was told that it would take four weeks. I verbally requested that my cell phone service be cancelled when I talked to someone from collection dept. I was told that I could not cancel my service until I paid the past due amount in full!
