I was a customer for over a year, but every time I received a bill it was incorrect. I had to wait forever to finally get through and then wait ON HOLD for 45 MINUTES until I talked to someone. Next time the bills come out, same thing. I finally got tired of the incorrect billing charges for "roaming charges" in my area.

I called, waited the normal 45 minutes to finally reach someone and then I canceled my service since my year was up. The customer service rep tells me that my phone had been programmed wrong and I should not have been charged those roaming charges. Well, I have asked REPEATEDLY for an audit of my account so that I can pay my final bill, but only what I owe not the additional charges they have added. I have called, e-mailed and sent letters asking for AN ITEMIZED BILL!!!

You would have thought I was asking for the moon because it has been months and I get NO RESPONSE. Now they have sent me to the credit bureau for not paying when ALL I WANT IS A CORRECT BILL SO I CAN BE FINISHED WITH THIS COMPANY. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT IS STILL IN BUSINESS WITH THEIR HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!
