Dear Antonio, I apologize that delivery did not meet with your expectations. We try very hard to ensure that all merchandise is available at the time of delivery. The comments on behalf of the drivers to you, will be addressed. I also apologize that the representative with whom you spoke, did not clearly explain why it was that we needed for the truck to return before we could assist you further. Please provide me with the name or invoice number of your purchase in order that I may attempt to make you a satisfied customer. Thanking you in advance of your response.
