Have you ever purchased from marlo's? have you ever tried to get through to someone at the cust svc center or showroom? do you have anything better to do then surf the inet and post comments? If you answered "NO" to all these questions you need to seriously close your mouth. Marlo's is HORRIBLE, their service is HORRIBLE, the people they hire are HORRIBLE, (except sales for obvious reasons, we all BOUGHT the furniture) their phone system is HORRIBLE and I don't think they should be out of business but someone needs to put a foot down. They have like 10 pages of complaints on here. I still don't have my table and chairs yet, but had I ordered a living room and bedroom too and it all still wasn't here I would be in a FIT OF MURDEROUS RAGE also. So just continue to surf the net in scottsdale ok c.

MURDEROUS rage? VIOLENTLY angry? They're selling furniture here, not saving lives. Maybe if you weren't spouting off at the mouth on people who could possibly try and help you if you gave them half a chance, they wouldn't be constantly hanging up on you. You don't need customer service, you need anger management classes and a good psychiatrist.
