Complaint Review: Maria Morales The Morales Team at Northcap - Las Vegas Nevada

I rented a home from what was the Chio-Morales team at Northcap and has recently been changed to the Morales team at Northcap residential. I suspect the recent name change may be because they were found guilty by the Nevada Real Estate Division for several offenses that they commited against my family. The Chio was innocent of all crimes commited against me.

Anyhow, Larry Morales hounded me about moving out of the rental property saying I needed to BUY a home from him instead. I tried to be cordial but it was constant sales pressure and I finally gave a hard "no". Immediately, they started citing me for everything you could imagine.

They said they needed to do a 6 month inspection. The little jerk who cam over, another young Morales family member, watched me move my clothes from the dryer to the bathtub (not the bed as usual because I was also washing the sheets) and then took a picture of the bathtub and said I was breaking the lease for "using the bath tub as storage".  They said I was breaking the lease because the light bulb was out in one of the 10 bathroom lights. 

Maria Morales owns a company she calls Mow Masters. Mow Masters is trademarked to anice man in Texas who is seeking legal action against them, but Maria does not care about any rules. Maria said not adding Mow Masters to the permanent guest list at Rhodes ranch would be a violation of the lease so I had to add them. Then, she used this company to stalk and harass me. They would come bang on the sides of the house and the door every other day to terrify me and my child and my baby sitter. It was horrible. To have a bunch of random illegal immigrant mexicans poundinhg on your house randomly. It was very scary. 

Maria knew I moved in with two dogs and said that was fine. I have beautiful show dogs, award winners, not muts. Then, she suddenly said I was in violation and took an extra $500 out of my bank account without warning or consent for having the second dog. Then, the same week demanded I pay her another $500 for a pet deposit. I had already given her $1000 in pet deposits at this time and she could have cost me mounds of overdraft fees by her careless and illegal swiping of the last $500 so I obtained an attorney. 

Maria became very angry. She called me on the phone screaming at me in what could accuratly be described as a demonic screaming, "I will push you out of that house and keep your deposit!!!! I will insult you! I will hurt you! Where are you?! I will come read to you since you are so stupid you can't read! Come to my office you illiterate idiot!!!!! Come meet me! Come meet me! Come meet me right now your f*cking idiot! I am the top of the food chain!" etc.... I was at work which I had kindly and softly explained to her in the begginning of th phone call. I told her I would do anything to find a peaceful solution and assured her I was very easy to work with. Now, everyone in the room could hear this insane woman screaming at me. I was at a loss of words. I asked her several times to quit screaming and finally hung up. The screaming went on for minutes. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE been through such an abusive phone call or confrontation. It was clear that resolving the issue is not what she wanted. 

Shortly after this, while I was at work, the Morales team broke into my house. They let my dogs out of their kennels so that animal control would take them, which they did. I had to pay massive fines and my show dogs were tramatized, not eating for days after they came home from the 3 day hold. None of my valuables were missing. The receptionist slipped up on the phone saying, "oh I was so afraid for you I went up the stairs to see if your body was up there." Really, so you were in the house? She shut up. The call ended. I told the Morales team via phone AND email that the house had been destroyed by the people who broke in. I told them the carpets and walls had been destoyed, that there were holes and vandalism all over the house. They never showed concern. Why?If you were the proprty manager, wouldn't you have to contact the owner, come look, take picture? They didn;t because they were the ones who broke in and they knew I was only testing them. The door had not been broken. The intruder(s) had used a key. Hmmmm

After this incident, other things made sense. I am very OCD about locking doors and so if my daughter. There were multiple time we came home and the door was unlocked and we were baffled. We KNEW we locked the door. It is frighteneing to know that people have been in your home and they must be watching you to know when they can enter again. I have been a single mother for 13 years. I could barely sleep during the harassment from the Morales team. These people have no concern for the law, boundaries, decency, respect, safety of others. Who knew what they were going to do next. I have never heard of any property manager doing any ONE of the things that they did to us. I was so scared of what would happen next.

Maria Morales fabricated lies constantly saying I changed locks, I did this, I did that. It was constant harassment to the point that I had to hire an attorney to communicate with them. At that point, I threatened a law suit, filed police reports, and made contact with the Nevada Real Estate Division. In the end, the Nevada Real estate Division sent me letters stating they had found them guilty of multiple violations. 

Analise harassed me on Maria's behalf as well. She would send me emails saying thank you for your move out notice, this is what you need to do next to move long before the lease was up. Property managers make much more money doing turn over than long term relationships. I believe that is what all the harsassment was about.

I am afraid for my safety. Maria Morales is not a professional. She is a hateful, evil, cruel, lying, corrupt individual. I have no idea why Northcap has kept a relationship with her. Google searches indicate that they are probably bad too. I would go out of my way to warn any nice family about getting into any kind of business with the Morales Team.
