I am running a Kickstarter campaign and bought into their empty promises to use their software, databases and marketing plans to fund my company. First, their instructions for using their Facebook and Twitter programs didn't match the actual sites and when I was finally able to download their target lists, the data was from 2018 and didn't meet the requirements of either site to be usable. When I contacted them for help, I received generic bot answers and a response that I should hear from someone within a few HOURS.
The responses just sent me further and further on a wild goose chase. I should have been more obervant when my credit card company put a hold on my card after I made this purchase. I spent an entire day trying to get their .csv files and Twitter API campaigns to work. They take your money and DO NOTHING. They are preying on small businesses and entrepreneurs by trying to sell old date and defunct programs. They are counting on the people who pay and never log in to find out that this crap DOES NOT WORK. It's all a LIE.
