I accuse online travel company JustFly.com, supposedly of Cornwall, Canada, of unethical airline ticket booking refund price gouging. In August 2015 I booked an Icelandair flight for two from Seattle to Europe for $809 with JustFly.com. That same day also booked the return flight with Priceline.com for approximately the same price. Due to world terrorism events, my traveling partner backed out of the trip and I was left having to cancel both flights for two passengers. Priceline promised to return $465 of my ~$800 in '7-10 days.' JustFly.com immediately gouged me for an additional $300 on top of the $800 I'd all ready spent in the hopes of getting a mere $438 (of the now $1,100 spent) refunded in '6-8 weeks!' It was only after I was confronted with this unethical price gouge that I discovered US Better Business Bureaus (see Ohio) had issued alert(s) warning potential customers to steer clear of doing business with JustFly.com.
