Complaint Review: Jsk Computer Services - Erie Pennsylvania

I ordered 500 pieces of Mixed Tier 1 Brands LCD computer monitors untested. 400pcs 17" and 100pcs 19". Jeffery and I talked on the phone many times about my order. I told Jeff exactly what I wanted and he said 17" and 19" would not be a problem. I sent him a Purchase order with my exact order. I have the emails with date stamp and attached P.O. Jeff and I agree that all monitors would be mixed tier 1 such as Dell,compaq,hp,Ibm,Etc. Jeff sent me an invoice with 500 mixed LCD computer monitors knowing that we have agreed on Mixed Brand not mixed sizes. I didnt think much about it because we had just agreed on ALL MIXED TIER 1 Brands sizes only 17" and 19". Jeff said OK send the payment.

The moment Jeff received my payment of $21,750 he talked to me like a dog. The freight company that I had to pick up the monitors would not pick up the order because the truck driver said that the monitors was not securely packed and that the monitors look if though they were already junk. I have a statement from freight company with statement. I called Jeff and asked him what was the problem. He told me that the truck driver saw the wrong pallets. The pallets he saw was some defective LCD TV's that he was sending out for repair.

I asked Jeff to send me some pictures of all my pallets. He sent me one picture of one pallet. He never would send me any more pictures of all my pallets. I refused the order. Jeffery told me that he will not refund my money and that I need to get my monitors off his dock. I never been spoken to the way jeffery spoke to me when he thought that I was not going to take the monitors. Jeff assured me that the junk monitors was not mine. I had the monitors picked up bye now they were going to be late getting to my customer.

I had to expedite monitors to miami from PA because the monitors was late. $3700 I paid and my customer only give me $700 for shipping. My customer open one pallets and seen that all monitors was junk. Not even close to all 17" or 19". My customer refused to accept I had to pay another $700 to get to Atlanta. When I got the monitors to Atlanta, I had my warehouse guy take a picture of the one pallet that was open in miami. When I open the other pallets,they were all junk. I ordered 500pcs there were ONLY 200pcs on 6 pallets. There were 14",15" and 21" that I didnt order.

They were all junk. Jeffery Told me that there would be 50pcs on a pallet. I thought it would around 10 pallets. There were only 6 pallets which means 83.3pcs would be on each pallet. There were 6 pallets and 2 of the 6 pallets was 3 feet tall wrapped and untouch when they arrived in Atlanta. I have weight and measurements coming from Jeffery warehouse and weight and measurements when arrived in Atlanta. The weight and measurements didnt change. Jeffery said that he would not refund my money on the 300pcs he didnt send me. Jeffery been in business long enough to know that 500pcs cant fit on 6 pallets and 2 pallets were 3 feet tall and 4 pallets was around 4 feet tall.

This is internet fraud and False advertsing and theft. I am out of $25,450 dealing with this guy. As of now I have not received one dime for the 300pcs short. When I told Jeff that I ordered 17" and 19",he told me that he had mixed untested lcd monitors on his invoice knowing what we agreed on. I have time stamp emails with P.O. with 17" and 19". That is how he will try to trick you. Make sure he put exactly what you want on his invoice. When he put MIXED UNTESTED LCD MONITORS, he will send you junk. All the while he's on the phone telling you lies.

I really dont know how this guy is still in business. I can give you names of companies that have done business with Jeffery and will not deal with him again. I found out after dealing with him. Four of my last customers that wanted monitors came out of the blue and said if JSKcomputer is your vendor we will not be doing business with you. Contact me I have names and numbers.That was really AMAZING to me. He is a slick talker and will not let you get too many words in after he have scammed you.
