Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I've been bitter towards this company for a good 7 months now. Here is my story:

Unlike most of the IPA employees who came to the company because they were out of work or had lost a job, I came because it was presented as a good opportunity. I already had a job, had turned down law school in the fall, and decided to move to take the opportunity. Believe me, these rip off artist, rip off more than just the clients, they rip off the employees too.

Throughout the week long IPA training they constantly told us, "some of you may do really well at the beginning and some it may take longer, but stick with it and you WILL make good money". Sticking to that modo, I was there 2 months (62 days), and not only didn't make 1 cent, I occured over $850 in gas charges. Now the IPA policy is, after your first sale you are given your travel cost back. Funny, that is the policy, because I did sell and never received a check. I was owed $1200 for sales I had made.

First off they didn't tell me I made the sell. The only reason I found out was by going back to the company. Second, when I called IPA to request my money they said it would take 14 days. After 14 days they told me it needed to be processed and would take 21 days. At the end of the 21 day mark, they said the money never was paid to the company. When I returned to my "so-called" client, they instructed me the service was terrible but still had paid 5 weeks prior.

The IPA building itself is a joke. If you are the so called largest consulting firm in Illinois you would have a nice office. The headquarters is anything but a headquarters. I should have tipped off immediately by the employees in the office, everyone wearing leather and looking like used car salesman, and also the strip mail type offices themselves.

Please listen, this is a bad mistake for everyone involved. I have an MBA and another degree in International Business and I can assure this place is a scam. When I asked questions in training, throughout the job, and after I stopped working there, the answers given my IPA are always vague. From the child pornographer President (yes this is true, he was caught with an underage child and was disbarred from being an attorney) all the way to the people calling daily, this is a scam.

Last story:

Before I left, I wanted to see how the system worked from the inside. They require their salesmen (myself) to generate business cards from other companies, then have someone call the business at a later date to set up a meeting. I went to several of my friends business which were family owned but also under the average business. I got their cards, and turned them in. Two weeks ago 7 months after I left my friend who owns the business called me laughing. "You will never guess who called me today......IPA". I was amazed, and quickly asked, "what did they say". He said they called and said we have someone in the neighborhood that is coming back to talk the owner because one of the IPA employees was good friends with the manager and said he would come by and hook them up. Everything was a lie to get someone in the door folks! Don't fall for it.
