I am personally very sorry to the folks who have done business with this company because I am somewhat guilty in the (IAISUPPORT SCAM) through the years I have told people we did support for the government to the extent that they could not visit our facility without clearance " this is a lie" we did support for the Marine Corp on a special contract setup through compaq on a very small scale, and also I would like to add most support companies do some kind of business with some type of government. Also we had 2 technicians in house and there are none that work for IAI outside of the office, but if you visit there website it says 2200+ field technicians <
We hire people out of newspapers, ads, or just anywhere we can. so never meeting the technician face to face we cannot judge the caliber of help rendered to a customer and more times than not this backfires in IAIs face, and the customer has nobody to turn to cause IAI will not take responsabilty and neither will the computer manufacturer so the customer is left holding the bag until the manufacturer usually steps up to do the right thing cause IAI rarely does because they do not want their lie made public. So lets take a look at the truth and see what it sounds like. IAI does not have field techs, IAI does not have techs readily available 24/7 ( there are 3 techs now) They do not do support for the military anymore via compaq or any contract. their address is not 2250 east Tropicana its 3351 S. So lets review what they say they do they cant. where they say they are they are not. They claim to have 2200+ people in the company they have 3, well four if you count the accounting depatment. If you wish to do business with this company do it at your own risk
