ILUMADERM EYE SERUM DERMABELLE SKIN CREAM SCAM!!!! BEWARE - THEY FALSE ADVERTISE- READ TERMS!!! SANTA ANA California
Ilumaderm falsely advertised that Joanna Gaines was quitting her FIXER UPPER show to devote all of her time to this miracle product she discovered. FALSE!
Ilumaderm does not work after using it for one month. I signed up for the FREE Trial sample and paid $4.95 in shipping costs. Evidently, in their TERMS AND CONDITIONS, it states if I don't cancel after 14 days, I will be mailed additional products. I didn't see that in the T&C's.
I called to send the product back and get a refund and they would not accept it. They said the product is perishable. If that is true, then how can they mail me a perishable product? I live in Henderson, NV - the dessert, it gets to 120 degrees here. Why did it get sent thru the US Postal Service if it's perishable.
They also sent me a product with the Ilumaderm in a separate box, however, it has the same address:
Dermabelle Skin Cream - same as above.
This company/product misrepresents itself completely.
