Extremely horrible

On Nov. 22 I purchased a compaq laptop computer. since Nov. 22 I have had nothing but issues. hardware issues. I called service 3 times. ended up recovering my system 3 times in december and january. Now my computer does not charge. It is not the adapter, it is not the battery. I tried my charger and battery in other compaq computers and this works to charge. I called almost 2 weeks ago. I still have not received a replacement computer and that to send mine in and have it repaired. I have filed a complaint with compaq vp but no response from them. Calling to even get the repair information I was hung up on and had to make a call back and spoke to a manger. Who was extremely ruid and have asked for them to fire him. Compaq pressario c717nr is the model number. I have waited 2 weels.
