Hdi*homeworks rip-off! Pennsylvania
Noticed in October that I had a charge again for HDI*Homeworks. I had noticed in September and called the company to find out what I had purchased. I was told I purchased a membership in a shopping club. I immediately told them to cancel as I most certainly had not done that I never did that. Supposedly I had clicked on some kind of ad for rebates (which again I never do).
Since I had received the benefits (what benefits) for several months - this was vague and I could only trace back to July - I could not be reimbursed. They did not cancel the membership. I cancelled the credit card. Lets see if they call about it, I doubt it.
I ultimately learned that this occurred when I purchased a quilt from Domestications. I have informed Domestications of this and received no response. As a result, I am boycotting Domestications. Maybe they don't care, but it makes me feel better, everyone should try it.
