Golds Gym Evans road highway San Antonio Gym months of late fees even though paod on time steven trainer stole mpney from gym and is cleints disnt get money bacj webn though admitted errors occured. i bwilve its alow level scam and thays how they get away with it.when i addressed it manger (Pete) me and said he would no longer give back money agreed upon. I was scammed by trainer Steven at Gold Gym on Evans road and gave hundreds and got no training. Come to find out he stole over $ 60,000 dollars. This happened and no one has done anything to stop this monetarily only minded thinking there. I had months and months of late fees for my two kids club accounts even though I had paid on time. I understand errors but I dealt with it over and over and specified all my payments and still a credit to my account and 2 late fees every month when I disputed it, it was a nightmare first late fee they refunded then the rest I paid and they owe me soo much money they admitted error and Pete said he would no longer help he said it was an error but I should have used credit card even though higher up manager said I could pay cash. Pete took my money and threatened me. The front desk rep at Evans road gym said it happens alot and he thinks its a scam. It must be.
