I am writing regarding the fact that I canceled my golds gym membership on February 23 since I went out of the country for a few months. I was told that as a cancellation policy I will be charged in March as well as my billing cycle was from 15th of the month.
However, to my surprise, I have been continuously charged the monthly fee in the months of April as well as May on my credit card. I am still out of country so I am not able to call. I came in person at the Westlake location to let them know about the fact that I am discontinuing the service on the evening of February 23 2018 and they told me that I am all set. I am hoping to get the fee for April and May refunded and not charged in the future.
