On July 11, 2018 my personal training was leaving and I did not want a new trainer so on that day after our training session, I cancelled any future training sessions. My personal trainer filled out a form on July 11, 2018 concerning the cancellation of future training sessions but to continue my Golds Gym membership. One of the rules are that a 30 day notice must be given in advance of cancellation, so the bank withdrawal on July 15th was expected however a bank withdrawal on August 15th was made. I contacted management concerning the error, I made visits to the gym and spoke to the manager who was out on berevement. I made several emails and phone calls and they were all ignored. Staff at the other Golds Gym facility also contacted corporate about the error and still my complaint was ignored.

During the month of late October or early November I made a complaint to my bank who reversed the charge. Now Golds Gym military drive is threatening my membership. My date of July 11, 2018 also was altered and changed, first to 07/16/2018 and then to 07/18/2018. My cancellation was also altered to a cancellation done by my trainer in person  to an online cancellation. When I spoke to the manager Laura at the Military Drive location she refused to discuss it with me after I refused to back down from having requesting these threats be stopped and my account corrected. I told her I was going to file complaints to you, the FBI and Texas State attorney general and she told me to do what I have to do.

Exactly the same problem, Golds directs you to ABC Financial, I had to file a Law Suit here in NJ

Someone at golds gym took a credit card from my son's account and updated my wifes account without

any permission.  The BLAME GAME keeps customer bouncing between Golds Gym and ABC Financial until you

get frustrated or file a law suit,  I went with the Law Suit.  ABC Financial IS NOT AN INNOCENT PARTY IN THIS, THEY SEEM TO BE PROVIDING COVER FOR THE GYMS BECAUSE ITS A COORDINATED EFFORT TO KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR OWN ACCOUNTS, THAN THEY SEND YOU INTO COLLECTIONS AND RUIN YOUR CREDIT REPORT. 

I have begun the process with congress to prevent Gyms / Scum like ABC Financial form filing against anyones credit report.  THEY ARE NOT EXTENDING YOU CREDIT, YOU PAY UP FRONT,  WHY SHOULD THEY HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT SCORE.  GOLDS HAS AN -F RATING FOR SCREWING WITH CREDIT CARDS AND NEVER CANCELLING MEMBERSHIPS AS REQUESTED, THEY JUST KEEP PULLING MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNTS. 

WHEN THIS IS OVER, I HAVE A NEIGHBOR THAT'S BEEN SCREWED BY GOLDS/ABC AND HE'S HOT ON PUTTING TOGETHER A CLASS ACTION SUIT.
