GO OPTIC eyewearexpress.com WARNING!!! Company does not honor warranty. Unwarranted charges. Does not work with customer. Terrible customer service. Basically steals your money. Is not honest. Internet
This company has ripped me off twice. I cancelled my order after calling and calling and my frames had not arrived from manufacturer. So, I called again and they were still not in. I cancelled order. One hour later I received an email stating that I was being charged a restocking fee because the frames just arrived. Liars!
Second time I was ripped off I sent back frames that broke on me within one year of the warranty. Of course, they said they broke because of "wear and tare" See email below
We regret to inform you that after our detailed inspection the returned merchandise for Warranty has been rejected by the processing department and will be returned back to you in the same condition in which it was received. The merchandise has been refused due to one or more of the following reason(s):

Upon a further inspection. frame was found be broken from ware and tare.

Of course I called and again - they are always right and the customer is always screwed. I am contacting my american express card to see if they can help.
