Global Cash Card has a service on their web site called ATM Locator. It is supposed to supply places that do not charge a fee for using the ATM. Well, this is not the case. Recently, I've noticed, because of other discrepancies I'll touch on shortly, that I have got a charge for the local ATM that I use. Now, I have used this ATM multiple times thinking that it was not charging the fee. So I called them and emailed them and asked them why they wont update the ATM locator service link. Nothing! the only thing I ever received was an email that said they were not going to refund any ATM fees. It was my fault because I didn't notice if the ATM had an Allpoint sticker on it. I'm sorry, but I never noticed that was a requirement in the initial instructions. 

Anyway, another thing I've noticed is the ridiculous holding of my money. First off, I've been with this company almost four years. February makes four. Not once have I ever had an issue, except for the ATM problem that I never caught beforehand. Starting in September of this year, GCC has been putting holds on my money for things that have cleared for days. I've called to complain numerous times and get nowhere. The last call I even got disconnected. Two holdings recently were for $100 & $117.55. Those are ridiculous amounts to hold my money up for. 

Lastly, this company has become a huge joke! They cheat you out of your money and steal it. Then they lie about their services! Talking to them is a huge joke also because they are rude and don't care that they are thieves.
